Eerlijk? Een zweverige full moon post? Niet het comeback-plan dat ik in gedachten had wanneer het op deze blog aankomt. Tot ik tussen het schrijven van de oorspronkelijke ‘catch-up’ - brief door wat research deed over deze so-called Buck Moon, en dat er toevallig eentje bleek te zijn die heel erg aanleunt bij hoe ik mij momenteel he-le-maal voel. Het hele ‘hey! dit heb ik tijdens de stilte gedaan en dit staat er nog op punt’ - verhaal hebben jullie dus nog te goed. Instead moet er eerst gesmuld worden van die heerlijke volle maan in Waterman van vandaag. Shall we?

Getting out of a period full of commissions, where it’s easy to figure out priorities and work schedules, straight into one without any deadlines, expectations or existing structure at all, is proving to be as challenging as I predicted. Thank heavens I had this little emergency list of to do’s (and don’ts) to fall back on. Here’s how I’m getting out of the post-commissions slump!

Our Planet Week is an initiative entirely organised by illustrators from all over the world, wanting to shine a light on - you guessed it - planet Earth and how important it is to take care of her.
